1. Session Packages
- Session Expiration: All session packages purchased have a specified expiration date. Clients must complete their sessions within the stipulated duration [e.g., 3 months, 6 months] from the date of purchase. The duration is depedent on the package and is specified while purchase is being made
- Lapse of Sessions: Any sessions not completed by the expiration date will automatically lapse and cannot be refunded or carried over. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their remaining sessions and expiration date.
- Non-Transferability: Sessions purchased are not transferable to another individual. Each session is intended for the exclusive use of the person who purchased it.
2. Refunds on Session Packages
- Non-Refundable Packages: All session packages are non-refundable after purchase. Once payment is made, the fees are considered earned and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Trial Session Refund: Clients may receive a full refund of the fee for the initial therapeutic trial session if they find the service unsatisfactory after the first session. To request a refund for the trial session, clients must contact us within of the session date.
3. Special Circumstances
